Michael and his father John did an exceptional job of selling our home. They were patient and listened to what we wanted as far as a profit, and how much our maximum was for repairs. They had creative ideas for handling negotiations, and those suggestions were a win-win for us and the buyer. In a difficult market where homes were taking months to sell, Michael negotiated our sale the first day the home hit the market.
