Dave Shorter is AMAZING! I just completed my first real estate transaction with Dave, and what a great experience it was! Dave spent a lot of time listening to us, understanding our needs, and then he took swift action. Unlike so many realtors today who are happy to just show you homes that YOU find on Zillow, etc., Dave searched and searched to find for the perfect home for my very particular family. Let me start by giving a massive shout out to Dave. Working with Dave felt like working with a close friend. We were in search of a home big enough for all of us, for the price of one half the size, in a nice neighborhood, with a big lot, and it needed a pool. This is my second review of Dave Shorter's incredible work. Dave found me a second investment property that both allows me to spend time with my family, but also pays for itself via short-term rentals. I almost pinch myself that I now have two homes that allow me to enjoy wonderful vacations and generate income. Both of them are thanks to Dave Shorter. Without him, I never would have found myself in the lucky position where I now find myself. In this case, Dave realized that more than 1000 square feet of the home within the existing walls were unbuilt. I have since built it out and am happy to report that the home value has more than tripled from the time of my purchase! Wow-Dave is one in a million-I cannot thank him enough for the life-changing purchases that he helped me with over the last few years. I look forward to the next one, Dave!
