Dave helped me sell my condo from afar! I had already moved to Charleston, SC and was thinking I would have to fly back and deal with the sale and all my stuff. But Dave took care of EVERYTHING! Dave is a great agent! We moved from out of state and he was referred to us by our seller agent in Nebraska. Our agent in NE is retired military. My dad is retired military and supporting someone else retired was very important to us. We were introduced months before we were ready to move. During those months he checked in on how our process in Nebraska was going and set us up to receive listings in AZ so we could figure out what/where we wanted here. He answered all our questions. He was upfront about how things were done here. When it was time to look at houses we were not able to fly to AZ but he did videos tours with us and he really went over the properties. He was upfront about issues with the homes or areas. When we selected a home he fought for us to get what we wanted. He made sure everyone (lender, title company, painters, flooring) was doing their job and making our move easier. There were a few hiccups when we got here and he was right with us and still fighting on our behalf. If you want an agent who is going to make sure you get what YOU want that would be Dave. I would recommend Dave to anyone moving to AZ!
