Dave is great. The new billing and autopay procedures are a financial hardship for me. If Allstate as a company can't treat long-term clients with great driving records the same way that Dave Noble treats me, that's a huge cultural disconnect within Allstate that needs to be fixed. Get it right or go home, you know?

In the 25 years of knowing and dealing with Dave Noble and Allstate insurance, I have never worried about unexpected accidents or disasters. He has advised us well about the types and amounts of insurance we have needed for the unexpected. In these years we have hit a boulder washed down the mountain into the middle of the road, come home to a house flooded by a leak in a bathroom water line, and almost lost our house to a forest fire if the firefighters hadn't stopped it at the highway 1/4 mile away. When my husband died of covid, he called and reminded me about a policy I had forgotten. After moving from Idyllwild to San Diego, I will definitely continue to use the Allstate office he and his son own in Hemet.
