Well, where to start… Javin has been an ANGEL for me and for my family. Last year we tried to see the options to buy a house, he helped us with everything, all the information and contacts that would be required and able to help us in order to buy it. But due to our economic situation was not possible… then this year 2024, we contacted Javin again. This time our economy improved significantly and we start again the process and after looking to couple of houses and hundreds of emails, he showed us a beautiful house to my family. We decided to make the move for it. It was an easy and smooth process with him, even knowing that we had to figure out some documents by ourselves… Javin was always there, attentive and helpful and friendly giving us all the support and advices to go through this moment. Javin and his team made the process super easy. I asked a lot of questions because it was my first time selling my home and they couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional. They helped and recommended me people to get my home ready to sell and it sold super quick. I remember saying hey I don’t want any visits during this time frame because I’ll have friends in town.
