Danielle helped us find a home in N Little Rock. We had just moved here from Texas, and weren't even sure what area we wanted to live in. We must have asked her to show us at least a dozen houses in 4 weeks before we found exactly what we were looking for, but she was incredibly patient and helpful. This was our first home-buying process. She provided multiple names of lenders, and title companies and inspectors, etc, etc. Her Rolodex must take up a file cabinet, because you just have to say, "You know...I need someone to...." and she has you muliple choices in 5 minutes flat! She was extremely helpful during the actual processes once we made an offer, too. She walked us through all the documents and explained how everything worked financially (seller and buyer). We have already recommended her to some family that are also moving to LR later this year. You absolutely can NOT go wrong with Danielle! (Also, though, she is so sweet!)

Danielle not only helped us purchase our home in Cabot, AR during the midst of the COVID pandemic in 2020 but also helped us sell the same beautiful house when we moved in 2024. She is very knowledgeable about the local area’s housing market, closing requirements, and inspection process. Her team was incredibly flexible when our closing was upended by an indecisive buyer- nailing the sale with two backup offers on the table! She went above and beyond to help us coordinate selling tasks after we had left the state (inspections, cleaning, lawn maintenance, etc.). We are so thankful for her persistence and teamwork.
