I have been working with Dan for approximately 7 years now. Dan, is absolutely wonderful. I am always confident in the coverage he has been able to find for myself and my family. I have needed to use our homeowners insurance once for a major event and our auto insurance once as well for a major life event. I paid in full at the beginning of my auto and home policy for the year. About 6 months in I received a notice from the company holding my auto policy for a missed payment. I reached out to Dan immediately. I scanned and emailed the bill to Dan, no reply. For the next 3 1/2 months I called and emailed Dan & his team, no reply. I received a cancellation notice from the auto insurance company and still didn't get a reply from Dan. It took my male co worker who uses Dan's agency to text him for me to get a reply. I believe he knows his business but he doesn't maintain it. It was awful, awful, awful. BTW, I found better rates with AAA rated insurance without him. RUN!
