Absolutely the worst for claims. If you are hut by one of their clients go ahead and take out a loan bc you will be paying. One of their clients totals my family of 7s van and their "settlement " didn't even pay off the 5500.00 owed on it . So now my family has no vehicle and no way to get one again.

Thrilled that he was available to help me over the phone. I had spent 3 days trying to talk with my Mother's State Farm Agent to ask that agent a question. With every call that agent was "out of the office, working from home, not available....I will text her and she will call you back later today". I am so appreciative that I called my agent, and he was in his office. After a very short wait on hold, I was able to get my question answered by Dan. Took me about 5 minutes from dialing the phone to telling Dan goodbye to my get my question answered. I probably spent an hour or more in total TRYING to speak with the other agent. Many thanks, Dan - Like a good neighbor, you were there.

Decent for payments. Have got mixed information from the workers before regarding a claim because some aren't licensed and just "accept payments".
