I was at the dealership for new-years and the salesman there said all I needed to leave with my car was to put insurance on it, I called my agent at Da-Lu and Sandra answered right away and got to typing as I started telling her where I was and what I was doing… within minutes she had everything set up over the phone, her professional and empathetic personality made me feel like I was calling a friend
