So very sorry to file with this office.
For the first time in my life the IRS asked for submitting the tax file in paper not electronically, I asked this office why they said we don’t know (which doesn’t make sense) this office told me that within 6-8 weeks I should get something in the mail from the IRS and I got nothing.
Over 8 weeks later, I called to ask if they have any news regarding my file they said it’s better that I call the IRS and ask them what’s going on with my file or if they will call the IRS they will charge me $100 per hour.
I already paid $310 for Mike to file the tax.
This is the worst CPA office ever I am so mad for dealing with unprofessional office who doesn’t care about their clients even if they have small business. They put me in trouble and don’t want to solve it.

They don’t care if you get your money back or not, they just take your money in don’t wanna help you out when u have questions on your taxes, Jesse is always busy no time to even talk on the phone about your taxes, DO NOT GO HERE !

I would leave this company like 10 more 5 star reviews if I could. Mike is awesome! He answered all my questions. Responded super quickly, and finished my taxes quickly. I saved SO MUCH money going through Mike. I used a different accountant last year who does not compare to Mike. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
