Dale Kaiser, Gail Riley, Megan and Joleen are the best team ever! They helped me buy a home and sell a home with closing on the same day, so moving was seamless! Gail is an angel from heaven and if there’s anything stressful, she can calm your nerves like no one else. Buying and selling was such a whirlwind experience, Dale made it so easy and fun! The team at Dale Kaiser is fantastic! We reached out to Megan when we were just curious about what was on the market; she was beyond professional, kind, and always had an answer for any of our questions. Anything we were curious about regarding a property-- Megan and the office team were on top of getting us the information as soon as possible. We are first time home owners and she made the entire process feel easy and much less stressful as it could have been; she and our lender built a great relationship as well.
As someone who grew up in Cayucos, purchasing a home anywhere on the central coast felt beyond our reach with all of the out of town pressure on the market that increases market competition. Megan, Dale and the entire office had our backs from day one and really worked around the clock to ensure the sale went through. We are beyond grateful for Megan, and our lender for making the impossible possible.
