My wife and I have been customers at Curtis' allstate agency for at least 5 years now, on May 4th we stopped by his office because I needed him to help set up Allstates DriveWise app. Their were no other customers in his office at that time, but all we could get him to do was give us the Customer Service number so they could "walk me through" setting it up on our phone. We also had questions about Why our monthly bill had gone up over $100. a month. We haven't had any wrecks or tickets in years and my wife has never received a ticket. Well Mr. Wofford says he's gonna check into it and told us he would call us today to explain why it all of a sudden went up that much. We never heard a word from him, NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO EMAILS, NOT A WORD... When we left his office, We Both fealt like he had brushed us off, and not hearing anything from him today kind of confirms it..
We'll be checking rates with different insurance carriers Monday..

Overall it's a good agent. However , I had told the Agent that this house is under major renovation. Someone came out and did an inspection. They noted that the siding needed the be replaced and painted which is what I was doing at the time. I was sent a letter that the policy would be cancelled by a given date if it wasn't repaired. I had it repaired by the date and informed the Agent. I even sent photos . About a week later I was notified that my policy was cancelled. I had to contact the Agent to get it straightened out. Seems like a lack of communication between the underwriters and the Agent.
