Rob came highly recommended from a friend who worked with him over the last 10 years as his Realtor and he did not disappoint. We worked with Rob to sell my parents lifetime home. This was a difficult task because we had to first clean out the house, negotiate contracts and plan renovations before listing the house. Rob is very knowledgeable and professional and this came across from the first conversation we had on the phone. Not only is Rob an excellent Realtor, but he specializes in assisting in contract work to get the house ready for sale. This was especially helpful to us since we live out of state. Rob has extensive contacts and was able to set up vendors/contractors (painting, landscaping, flooring, bathroom installation) and helped us manage the jobs. Rob is a good communicator and talked with us frequently and helped us make decisions throughout the process. He gave us good advice and as a result, we were able to sell our house quickly for a great price. We had over 4 competitive offers after the first weekend! I hope you will consider Rob as your next Realtor! Rob is not only professional, but he has a big heart and cares about his clients. He is down to earth, very nice and personable and works extremely hard to get the job done and please his clients. You will not be disappointed!

I can't speak highly enough of our experience working with Rob as our real estate agent. From start to finish, he truly made the home buying process an enjoyable and easy experience. We had the pleasure of working with Rob when we purchased our first condo as an investment property as well as when we bought our forever home. He was always patient, knowledgeable and honest while answering all of our questions and concerns. He truly cared about our family and our needs. Rob also assisted us with refinancing in order to get us the best rates out there so that we could plan for our future long term goals sufficiently. He gave us some great tips and advice on how to pay off our loans quickly so that we could save a significant amount of money on interest. I would absolutely recommend Rob to anyone looking for a smart, friendly, personable and down to earth agent who won't pressure you into buying any home but will work with you until you find your dream home!

Rob helped us out for the second time as a buying agent, and again he did an outstanding job. Rob was very flexible and able to satisfying our unorthodox schedule for showings. He gave the extra knowledge and support we needed to make the right decisions during the negotiation process. He gave a great level of comfort by answering all of our questions all while respecting our personal boundaries. Rob even assisted us further by listing and showing our rental property. Rob is phenomenal, I will never use another realtor. He not only was exceptionally skilled in his ability to find a property which we liked, but his knowledge is what I feel set him apart from any other realtor. Rob endured tirelessly through my constant questioning and almost always knew the answer to my questions off the top of his head. When Rob did not have an answer to my question, he would leverage his resources to get the answer for me no matter what time of day or which day of the week it was. Rob also went well above and beyond throughout our various negotiations, in many ways he was willing to be as aggressive or even more aggressive than myself in seeking seller and inspection concessions on my behalf. Rob also has developed a close relationship with an exemplary inspector, attorney and several contractors which made finding these professionals a non-issue. All of these parties were very reasonable in pricing and provided remarkable service. Rob, is truly the one-stop shop as he also offered his services as a mortgage broker, and through his connections to various lenders he was able to get me a 2.875%, 30 yr fixed rate loan while being paid points. I know you're likely reading this asking me who paid me to write this, and the answer frankly is no-one. I was skeptical of how good the process was right down to the very end, yet Rob never missed a single step. Do yourself a favor and retain Rob, it will be the best decision of your home search.

Rob was great help in buying our first home. I had a list of questions a mile long and he answered all of them, even if he had to do some research. He was honest and provided all of the information we could need. He made sure to keep us informed during each process. Our closing got postponed and he still kept in touch to make sure we had everything and was able to get us the best bang for our buck. We could always reach out to him if we had a concern or question. He made our home buying experience a good one.

I had the pleasure of working with Rob in 2018. I was a first time homebuyer, looking for a fixer-upper within my budget. I'm a small business owner and was told numerous times that I'd need to wait another year (or two,) to begin the home buying process. I found CT Home Pro through my boyfriend, who knew Rob personally. Rob walked through at at least a dozen homes with me, and made sure I wasn't biting more off than I could chew (He called me Brooke The Builder, after a while! Lol). He had immense knowledge of problematic signs in homes and gave an honest opinion of repair costs and whether each home would be worth my time&energy. He helped me dodge a few bullets, and eventually he found my current home. My first time home buying process was smoother than I expected with Rob - I didn't think it would be possible at all! I just celebrated my one year anniversary in this home, and when I'm looking to sell, I will be calling Rob to do the job. Thank you for everything, Rob! I can't recommend your services enough.

We were so fortunate to have found Rob Paskiewicz when we were looking for our forever home. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was very patient and informative as we traveled all over to look at homes over several months.
In short, Rob was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Rob was, he was always focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. I found Rob through reviews so take this as your sign to give him a call! As a first time homebuyer he was incredibly helpful and explained everything before you took the next steps. He is extremely genuine and honest when trying to find you the perfect home and takes the time to get to know you and your style throughout the process. Rob was patient with questions and always accommodated showings even at last minute since I was from out of state. I could not recommend CT Home Pro enough, they are the team you want to work with for real estate and mortgages!
