I see service here to be much better than any bank I deal with. The staff is friendly, helpful and nice and everyone I deal with “always “ smiles when speaking with me. I have done business with this Credit Union for more than three decades. I have “no” plans of leaving this Credit Union. I find this Credit Union to be extremely easy to work with.

Every time I have had an issue, I get little to no help. Even the much larger banks I use have better customer service than this place. I will be terminating my account here, and will never reconsider going back. Jane or Janet....whoever the heck she is, is quite possibly the rudest banking staff member there. Avoid this place unless you like poor customer service....in that case, this is just the place for you.

I can honestly say the customer service isn't bad. The problem is they are closed 75% of the time. I swear they must just wake up in the mornings and say "I hope no one needs help on a Tuesday, non holiday, because we are shutting it down.. let's just make it all next week too!" Not an exaggeration. They are closed on random week days nearly every week it seems. Or they are on lunch break apparently from 9am-3pm.
