Worst customer service ever! Got billed differently than what was quoted by the agent cross insurance. I contacted my agent as required and addressed the billing issue and was told by alan frost I was being charged a security deposit after he specifically told there wasnt one and the monthly payment was different because of a mistake in the accounting department and was told I had to pay it regardless of the mistake. In the process of trying to sort this out the policy was canceled as I am not going to pay the incorrect amount. Now instead of properly investigating the matter, ohio mutual is sending the bill to collections. While I will continue to dispute this matter, it's really poor customer service to send a bill to collections that is a mistake caused by your agents.
