CRM insurance is always on point. Alex is a pleasure to work with and always make sures that I have the correct insurance and affordable as well. Alex Martin was rude and refused to help me stating she did not have enough help that day which was Thursday, 3 ppl were out. She stated 4 ppl would be out on Friday as well. She did not return phone calls. I received a text the day my insurance was due but I already went to outside sources. This is not my first negative encounter and I personally do not recommend CRM nor ALEX MARTIN as an agent.
