After experiencing less-than-personal service from a broker agency I dealt with for nearly a decade (i.e., they started using representatives from other countries to handle calls and all emails were given a ticket number), I decided to look for another agent that handled the same insurance company where I had my current insurance policies. My first question was whether all customer service is handled by local agency members; the answer was "yes." My second was whether I was going to get a ticket/tracking number when I emailed; the answer was "no." After a few other questions, I decided to switch.

My plan was to stay with my current insurance carrier, but as part of the switch, Carey Stubbs also ran my policy requirements to make sure I was getting the best option and came back with another highly rated company that overall was $1600 less per year and actually had better coverage! I did my due diligence on the company and decided to go with the recommendation. That wasn't my reason for switching agents, but that was another huge benefit. (My previous agent was asked to shop around at renewal and I never got a better quote.)

Carey answered all my questions throughout the process, and emails and calls were promptly answered. Switching insurance agents and carriers is almost always a pain, but Carey made it easy. For all the reasons above, I would highly recommend Carey Stubbs of Cribb Insurance Group in Bentonville.

I called Cribbs insurance and was able to talk to Carey Stubbs he was very helpful, answered all the questions that I had and was able to find a company that was much cheaper for me on my home insurance and that was very important to me since I am on a budget.
