I needed notary services the same day. I was not able to schedule an appointment with my big name bank, but I was able to schedule an appointment at Credit Union West for the same day on line and I got confirmation of the appointment quickly. The people at Credit Union West greeted me as I entered the door. They listened to my reason to visit and provided comfortable seating while I was waiting. The notary called me back right to her office at the scheduled time and took care of my needs with a pleasant smile, and friendly professional manner. I have been a patron of Credit Union West since before they had this name and I have always appreciated the services they provide. I highly recommend Credit Union West.

I made an appt and went to the credit union to close an account. Upon receiving my AZ DL, the teller informed me that it had expired 3 weeks prior and I could not conduct my business. I then went directly to MVD and got my AZ DL renewed with a paper temporary and the hard card to be received by mail in 2 weeks. I made another appt that same afternoon at the CU and, upon arriving at the credit union and seeing the same teller, was told that I could not be assisted with my hard expired AZ DL and paper temporary copy. I asked the teller to check with the manager, and was then told that the manager agreed that this ID was insufficient. I then asked to speak to the manager, and after waiting 30 minutes, I was invited into the manager's office and informed that my ID was now sufficient. Needless to say, this was pathetically poor customer service. I had over $100k on deposit in this CU and one would think a little more attention would be paid to getting things right. Additionally, I had been trying to use this CU's ATM approx a half dozen times...with the ATM being down...I stopped trying and just began going to BofA. All of my customer contacts at this CU have been unsatisfactory at one level or another. Once my last CD has matured in 3 months, my relationship with this institution will be ended. There are too many competitive financial institutions out there to have deal this poor service.

I wanted to give a shout out to Alexus at the Prescott Valley branch. She is the best MSR CU West has. We both worked in a credit union and know what good service is supposed to look like. A couple of weeks ago we came in with a sizable cash deposit. She was quick, accurate, efficient and helpful. She also told us we could move our checking to one with a higher interest rate and did it for us in a couple of minutes. We always look for Alexus when we come in to the PV branch. She is an asset to the credit union. Thanks, Alexus!

Left my previous bank to this credit union. I immensely regret it. I can never get money or make a deposit as their ATM is down 90% of the time. I work throughout banks opening hours and drive out of my way to get to this location to find out that the machine is constantly down. It even ate my card one of the times and became a huge hassle to cancel the card, worried that I would have the card stolen from the machine. Instead, they cancelled my credit card and not my debit card. If you're a 9-6 worker, Run away.... I'm pulling everything from here when I can finally get there and going to a different bank.

The best place to bank...by far. I'm so thankful for the staff at CU West. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue at a CU West Branch. The only thing that ground my gears was the new website design, but they were responsive to my concerns and I have figured out how to navigate it fairly quickly though it is not nearly as user friendly or efficient as the old website.

Only one star which is being nice. The people who work at Prescott Valley Credit Union West office are very nice. The Credit Union itself is impossible. The only possible service is at the counter, in person. Their policies are terrible, the local phone number rings a machine in Tucson. The machine forces you to listen to a advertisement, then push 1 etc, listen to a load of options, then push other numbers and if you try for attendant the phone hangs up. It is impossible to contact the local credit union by phone. Before moving to Prescott Valley I was with a great credit union for over 50 years, it provided great service and customer satisfaction. I wish this credit union cared about the customer.
