She is a delight to speak with and she has either given us the information we were calling about or taken care of our issue immediately. We recently had some damage to our kitchen ceiling which we thought was going to be minor but ended up being more involved than we thought. We ended up putting up more of our own money beyond the deductible and Craig really stepped up for us and was able to get State Farm to see that what we had done was part of what should have been covered. In the end Craig was able to get us the money back we had spent on that extra work. We really appreciate all the time and attention he has put in on our behalf and would recommend him as an agent to anyone we know.

State Farm’s new accounting systems incorrectly showed my policy was about to be cancelled for nonpayment when their own systems also showed they’d received the funds.

Craig’s office took up the challenge and cleared this up themselves. They probably could have just pointed me off to a corporate 800 number or email address but they didn’t.
