She does not get problems repaired on timely manner. The garage door was repaired 3 years after reported. Leak was reported and not fixed until they moved out and there was a huge hole. Not recommended at all

Mrs. Craig seems to just be collecting fees for applicants without making a timely decision. Her fees are also illegal in the state of Ca. Lastly she has fake reviews on Zillow that were posted 8 years ago all within a months time. Currently reporting her to the BB and to the DRE which shows no current RE license on file. Beware of any dealings.
