Craig's profile states that "I know the importance that dedication and teamwork play in garnering successful outcomes." I found this to be absolutely true during my real estate transaction. I had already relocated to take a job in Santa Barbara and the house I was selling needed some work to make it more presentable. Craig was tireless in his attention to detail, and always kept in touch to discuss the status of the property. This was crucial to the success of my sale, because I was not able to be there to give access to the property when workers needed to be on the premises.

Craig did not overpromise either. He looked at the comparables with me before the listing went live and we decided on the most reasonable price together. I had previously had a bad experience with another realtor who promised a much higher price and immediately backtracked on it to get a quick sale. I appreciated his integrity and honesty all the more because of this.

Craig, in a word, is phenomenal. He recently coordinated both ends of a very complicated transaction (selling our home of 30 years, and buying a new one in another county). Our home was ready to go, shown and sold in about a week and a half due to Craig's efforts, stunning marketing and soft-spoken salesmanship. During escrow, Craig coordinated all of the home inspections, which meant we didn't need to locate services in a county that we were unfamiliar with. He navigated and negotiated with emotional buyers, sellers and brokers. He made a very difficult (and emotional) process easy and efficient. There were several times when either my husband or I needed to take a breath, or a few steps back, and Craig was always there with a calming word and unfailing support. He even picked up cell phone calls while he was riding his mountain bike, and in the final harrowing week before close of escrow - while he was on a family vacation in the Mojave Desert! He tirelessly answered all of our questions 24/7, and made us feel like we were the only people on his radar. Craig's 20+ years of real estate experience really showed in the effortless way that he handled these two real estate deals. I know this sounds like over-the-top gushing, but we seriously could not have done this without him. Our only regret is that we won't likely be buying or selling another home for a long time to come, because Craig helped us make our dream home a reality.

Craig recently helped us sell our home which was 350 miles from where we currently live so posed some difficulties with details! He was above and beyond helping us sort things from cleaning to city permits to a last minute sprinkler failure. He was always willing to help how ever he can. He was referred to me by a friend. I would do the same in a heartbeat. He's professional, thorough, and friendly - and he got top dollar for our house too! (That's another thing - Craig is VERY knowledgeable about the process and the market and was able to advise us of the best offer which isn't always the top one)
