I came to Covered California with my sister to make a payment on my health insurance, and Kelly kindly showed me how to make the payment online. Coincidently my Nike slides broke and she fixed it with some gorilla tape!

Be prepared to be taken care of fully, and know that the place is 100% compliant with COVID regulations.

JT Kim is an angel certified agent. He was so helpful at our counseling session that my husband and I were relieved from a big worries of insurance thing. Today I visited Covered California Enrollment Center located at KoreaTown in Olympic Blvd and Jun Tae Kim was an agent officer assigned for me to counsel. Mr. Kim was such a kind and knowledgeable counselor answering all my questions and concerns. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time 9:30am, but he courteously said "it is no problem" and started conversation immediately. I thought I was going to wait there, but he saved my waiting time.
I asked many questions about changes and coverage of my health insurance, and he was such a knowledgeable about details of coverage. Now I feel like I have a great hand of helper in Covered California office. I am aged person and quite new about the U.S. health insurance system, and I will visit this office, Mr. JT Kim, whenever I have updates for my health insurance.
Thank you so much Mr. Kim! You took down a big rock from my shoulder. I recommend Mr. Jun Tae Kim to people who need help at Covered California.
