Couldn’t have asked for a smoother lending process! Gina Madrid was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. The lending process can be very stressful but Gina made us feel at ease. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Normally I would give you 5 stars, but not today. Had to do a wire transfer and I Frank would get bifocals he wouldn't have to take his glasses on and off and get something done. He needs to learn his job. Melanie and Sam were very helpful and friendly. This was the first time I had a bad experience, and something that needed to be perfect.

After we were home, Melanie called and told me that every thing went through and our closing will be a go tomorrow (not thanks to Frank!)
