We carefully chose Jennifer Grimes from Country House Realty to sell our home after reviewing hundreds of listings from different agencies. It was important that our agent had similar esthetics as we do. In so many listings we realized the agent had not (or was not able to) guide the client to make decisions in how their home was presented, and saw way too many photos of untidy homes filled with personal and irrelevant "stuff" that would confuse any buyer. Jennifer came to review the house while it was under renovation and then just prior to listing it. Because of time constraints with a photographer, she beautifully photographed the house herself, and her listing presented our home in terms of the FEELINGS evoked by being there, feelings that corresponded to our own. That created high interest in the property with corresponding offers. Honorable mention to Hillary as well, who did a fine job patiently waiting to meet several parties during the inspection process and fine-tuning many details.
