I called to ask about a rental. Someone named Erika answered the phone. She was very short with me. When I asked if they had any 3 or 4 bedroom rentals she literally snapped 'no' and hung up on me! It'll be a cold day in h*** before I call them to buy or rent.

I called to view a rental and they told me the only way to view it was to place an application in but they WOULD NOT charge me the fee unless I wanted the property. They went ahead and charged my acct for the application fee, which I didn't authorize. It has been 4 days and they have yet to show me the property nor do they answer their phones.

Tengan cuidado al rentar aquí.
Hablando de dejar el apartamento, llame a 4 Seasons (compañía que contrataron ellos para limpiar dicho apartamento ) hable para un estimado ellos me cobraban 180 por lo que corral de tierra me cobró casi 500 dólares . Y no soy el único pues a vecinos les están cobrando seguro de inquilino por lo que la verdad, esos apartamentos son tan viejos que no valen la pena para un seguro .
