What a FABULOUS home sale experience! Wes Sutton is the BEST at what he does! Our home sale was incredibly quick and we feel Wes is the reason things moved so fast! I was interested in a home that was listed by Frank. I spoke with my realtor to put in a full price offer on the home. After the house had been listed for 23 days and still being shown I was contacted asking what my highest and best offer was because there was another offer all of a sudden. I withdrew my offer and have waited now 7 days and guess what? The house is still active for sale. Seems very unprofessional and shows it’s more about making hisself money than trying to sell the home he was hired to sell.

I was interested in a home listed with this realty company. I work third shift and am only up at odd hours of the morning due to my work. I looked up an office number to call and leave a message. HINT OFFICE NUMBER so that no one would be awoken by my call at 0330AM. I left my message and a call back name and number. Just now at 0625AM I was contacted by an agent from the company. His name is WES SUTTON. He immediately began his conversation with correcting me on how I should NOT be calling at such an early time, I apparently woke up his family (BY CALLING THE OFFICE NUMBER NOTE YOU, NOT HIS PERSONAL NUMBER). He proceeded to NOT inform me with an answer to my question I left in my message and told me to have my realtor agent to call them later today and not to call them myself. He spoke in a very rude manner to me. He DID NOT help me with the question I had. I did not call any cell phone or personal home phone listed. I CALLED THE FREAKING OFFICE NUMBER LISTED. There is no reason I cannot call an office number to leave a message. If for any absurd reason there is good reason to not have messages left on an office number YOU NEED TO MAKE THAT KNOWN ON EVERY HOUSING WEBSITE LISTED FOR THE PUBLIC TO VIEW. Thanks. I know now not to EVER work with this man.
