The online dose not catch up and charges go back in or disappear then POP BACK UP AND THROW YOUR ACCOUNT NEGATIVE THEN THEY CHARGE AN OVERDRAFT FEE!!!!!! CROOKS!!!!!!! I was just charged one last week and now they did it again!! Went to bed there was enough money in there to cover my pending payment now I’m -$46 because they charge me an overdraft fee because of 10 or $12 negative!!! I’m looking for a new bank today. Here we go with another problem with this bank. It’s 2024 and other banks give you 24 hours to fix your overdraft before charging an overdraft fee. I had a payment coming out today for Klarna that I just remembered this morning at literally 8:30. They have already whacked me with an $30 overdraft fee for the payment and it’s this early in the morning. First Bank gave us 24 hours to fix any overdraft before charging us. We have 2 accounts with CCU also a business and personal. I’m just very unhappy with this bank’s overdraft policy. Sure I should have remembered my payment yesterday for Today but I’m human. This bank company in my opinion is a crook. They take money from people. Now my $24 payment is $51 and they get more than the payment was in their pocket. CHANGE YOUR OVERDRAFT POLICY AND GIVE PEOPLE A 24 HOUR CHANCE!!!

DO NOT BANK HERE!! Corning Credit Union is the WORST bank I've ever dealt with. I have been a member here for years and I had two fraudulent transactions that I did not authorize and I even filed a police report and everything and I provided them the case number for that report and the first girl told me I would get refunded in 2-3 days. The second guy told me the dispute can take up to 90 days but to call back on Monday and they can do a provisional loan for the amount of the dispute and if I win the dispute, I keep it and if not, they take the money back but he said I should definitely win with the police report. I called back on Monday and the lady kept putting me on hold and she had me on hold for 45 minutes just to tell me that they have "exhausted all options" and that I will NOT be getting my money back even though I did NOT authorize the transactions and I have a police report to back that up! They will lie to you and promise your money back and then refuse. Any other bank would immediately refund you if you didn't authorize it. I've seen friends get scammed and get refunded THOUSANDS from fraud and CCU can't even credit back my $833?! This place is a JOKE. Do not do any business here because they will lie to you and they will NOT have your back like other banks.

I just wanted to say that everyone at this bank location is wonderful! But I wanted to give a shout out to Neil!!! I sent my best friend into the bank to deposit my paycheck since I am disabled. I can sometimes come in but on my bad days I just can’t walk from the pain. I was getting a little cash back and forgot that was going to need me. I want you to know he walked out to check my license to verify me as the account holder! My heart was so touched by this that I will never forget his kindness. The world today is so disconnected and he proves that people do still look at for each other. Neil if you see this thank you from the bottom of my heart for being you!

I absolutely love this bank! The customer service is amazing, it's the closest thing to a home town bank feel that I have found comparing to how banks used to be years ago. The employees know you by name and are so friendly and helpful. I also love how the credit union doesn't have all of the fees attached that traditional banks do.

We have 2 separate accounts with this bank and put in a lot of money every month. Our business account has been hacked 3 times with this bank. Our personal account has once. Just recently on December 23rd it was hacked for over $400 in food orders. We still haven’t received our refund and it was supposed to be refunded last week.

This CU helped my ex husband commit theft by allowing him to deposit a joint IRS check that was in both of our names, without my signature in person or my signature at all, and they just let him deposit it into an account I had zero access to. They broke a federal regulation and refuse to investigate even though I have proof, until I pay to hire a lawyer and start a civil case for a check I had as much right to as he did. They took my rights away to my own money, and let him steal it from me. It’s criminal and wrong!
