My husband and I previously used a big box company for our investments. They were so impersonal. We received the obligatory birthday cards and once a year email saying it was time for a sit down. Other than that we never heard from our advisor unless we initiated.
Alan was referred to us by a friend. He came and visited with us in our home, after hours!! What a great guy! Not only is he very personal, but very knowledgeable in his field.
