Earlier this year, I moved to Anchorage from out of state. I had a very narrow window in which to find a house to buy, otherwise I'd need to move my family into a hotel or rental and then move a second time. Derek and the Core team are great property managers! They are extremely responsive and address any issues that arise quickly even if it is the weekend. During a cold snap this winter there was an issue with the heater that happened on a Saturday while the building owners were out of town. Core had the issue fixed within a few hours and the heat was restored. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about the CORE team. I have been working with them for many years and they never seize to amaze me. They have managed various properties for me and just this summer helped me move into a new home. Just recently one of my apartments had an issue with heating. I deleted my previous review altogether and the low rating. I took off one star because the rental wasn’t really move in ready and it still needed cleaning. Other than that, any issues that have come up, Core has been quick to address and correct. It was a rocky start the first couple weeks but I’ve been pleased renting from them these last 2 months overall.

We had a great home buying experience with Kelsea! She is so sweet and friendly, willing to answer my millions of questions at any moment!
