Just don't work for them, very shady organization karma try getting a W-2 at the end of the year from them they play games, in response to MRA comment, supposedly my W-2 was mailed out week before last I live in Lisbon which is 30 miles away from Portland I don't understand why I have not received it however I have called Bangor savings they were going to reach out to you about it in the IRS tells me to give you until the 15th before getting them involved please take care of this thank you

After searching for the " right" building for quite sometime in Downtown Portland, my path crossed with that of Josh Soley who was able to not only find that perfect fit for me, but walk me and the seller through the transaction in a seamless, fast and responsible manner. I found and continue to find Josh to be honest, hard working and extremely responsive to clients who deal with buying, selling and managing real estate.

This company is cryptic and rude. They are not knowledgeable, try to upsell, seem to be out for a quick buck. Trying to speak to anyone local is impossible, meaning they don't stand behind their service contracts at all - no support. Not happy with my experience with them. There are plenty of others - recommend avoiding this company.

No Mr. Soley, this is the right company, we dealt with one of your employees and he left the exact message on our google account. Very rude individual, called our office was nasty to our receptionist. There was no reason for the google post or his nasty nature. His name is Dan.

Responding back to Mra comment, it wasn't there tow company and it was yaz towing to be correct you use southern Maine towing, and it wasn't on the property it was next door where our neighbor said we could park, my husband was thrented and I was assulted. So going off hear say it's a correct way to go about things. The only tenants we had issues with was number 5 who has since left. Illegal business our dog had puppies which Karen knew about she came to the apartment and held one even inquired about buying one. We have not violated anything. My husband has a bad injury to his shoulder from the store blocking our only exit in and out. The light bill was arranged threw my husband and shad. Needless to say ppl still park in rent a center and have since then when the notice went out. So I will be taking this to court. Your kicking out a family and a child when instead of looking into facts assume and believe everything.

This MRA management company needs to be reported false accusations without a proper facts of situations etc. A Lawsuit will closely follow due to their unwillingness to provide a safe and sanitary place of residence. We reached out numerous times in regards to drugs that were going in and out of this building. We even put cameras up in hallway of this building to catch them and they said,
"What do you want me to do"? A tenant went 5 months without a replacement of a stove.
Some Things that happened could have been Easley avoided if MRA had performed their job correctly.

Not paying our utilities? Umm. We do pay our utilities. Only 1 utility was not paid yet due to the fact the we have been waiting for shad hall to contact us in regards to the agreement we made with shad hall himself. If he told us to pay any balance of electric bill to MRA we would have in a second. still would but the fact is, MRA is FAR from truthful people whom work there. everything this person from MRA
Says is mere hearsay and untrue to factual information. Not professional and utter terrible work ethic. They want people in this building to say nothing about how poor it is kept. Makes their jobs, easier.
