I just finished a failed sale of a home here in Green Valley. As the buyer I feel as if I was deceived and lied to by Sue Jones and Copper Realty. They did not disclose that the entire HVAC unit was shot. Even after we caught them in this lie and another about the condition of the roof we decided to ask for repairs anyway. They countered by RAISING the price of the home by MORE than the cost of a new HVAC system. I am going to watch out for this gal. Not to be trusted.
