The women and men who work at this location are sweet, dedicated, and caring.

Today, I stopped by to make a deposit in my shared banking application, and Jennifer promptly met me, swiftly assisted me, and ensured that my deposit went to the right account at a different credit union.

Though I traditionally bank at another credit union, I use Copper State often. They have never once pressured me to leave my current location to join their branch. They treat me as if I am one of the family.

Copper State Credit Union has made me feel like part of the family. They are so friendly and welcoming when you walk in they’re always eager to help. I have a great relationship with numerous tellers at the branch. They are always willing to help talk about how the family is doing overall it just feels like a true family. I love seeing everyone there. It’s a great atmosphere. Their new renovation is 🤩 . I might add definitely banking with Copper State Credit Union in the city of Goodyear is the best decision and the best location you could ever go to. 💖💖💖

I had the best experience coming into the bank.
Went into to open an account and didn’t realize they were about to close soon but Julissa was so kind enough to help me out and get me started. She explained everything so well and it was such a fast process. Julissa definitely made my experience so wonderful. Definitely recommend coming here all the employees were so welcoming.

Have not been able to get into my copper mobile account. Have been calling multiple times during business hours just for no pickup. Have not been able to look at my transactions or get into my account with my email and phone number. Please if you’re going to log people out of their account after “maintenance” at least have the common decency to pick up your phones. Yes I called during business hours and was still on hold for 3 hours with no pickup, absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional.
Update: I have been calling for 2 days now every time I have free time and I still have not been answered or helped with my account. I am actually still on hold waiting for an agent as I type this. Very disappointing

Closed our accounts after receiving "I could care less" attitude from the newer branch manager. We WERE customers for almost 10 years but the vibe has changed big time. Too many other choices in CU's out there to be made to feel like an after thought by management. Branch manager needs customer service training! Canyon State used to be so awesome!
