Wish I never went here. I should have been at home doing my own taxes the proper way. However husband and I decided one year go see an expert (how to file best for us.) Charged 300.00 bucks. Terrible customer service no explanation of return and really screwed up my taxes!! Didn't even claim our daughter and took a copy of her S.S card!

These people have been doing mine and my husbands taxes for a few years now. My daughter which is a student and worked odd jobs making very little and has "simple" tax needs so this year my husband did hers on Turbo tax. Because of the Covid 19 stimulus check my daughter needed to have the already done taxes amended which required a little more than my husband felt comfortable with. So he took her information there to have them complete the amendment portion. Keep in mind in the past they had also done my daughters for only $25. Well after waiting 2 weeks we finally called them to see if her paperwork was ready. They were rude and very unprofessional. The final cost of having her already done simple taxes ended up costing over $200 The person (Cee Cee) was so rude and unprofessional that we won't be using their services ever again and I wouldn't EVER recommend these people to anyone.

Working with Continental Tax Service was a huge waste of money. We were charged over $300 for very little work and inadequate service. Our tax professional gave us no guidance on whether it would be better for us to file jointly or separately and was hard to reach. The "work" she did could've just as easily been done by filing online myself. The front desk staff is very unfriendly and seems to get annoyed when you ask anything of them. When they charged me, they didn't show me a summary of their fees, leading me to pay for hidden add-ons like their Audit-Protection Plan (APP). When I remembered after paying that I didn't want the APP, the woman at the front desk made it clear that it was a huge inconvenience for her to refund me the $50+ for the plan.

I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not use this company again for my tax needs.
