Contact Realty helped my mom secure an apartment that fit exactly what she was looking for. The process was smooth and easy. Nicole showed us the apartment and mentioned all fees and requirements and immediately sent her an application.

Sebastian and Nicole kept us informed on the status of her application and walked my mom through all the paperwork at the lease signing.

I would definitely recommend Contact Realty if you're looking. I know the apartment hunt can be stressful but will definitely say everyone we interacted with was super nice, helpful and professional.

I worked with Abraham Bahk and he was purely awesome. He helped me through the rigorous journey of finding the perfect place for me. Throughout the whole process, Abraham was transparent, honest, friendly, and extremely professional. He was eager and willing to help me find a place which I was satisfied with. Even after signing the lease, Abraham did not hesitate to help me address all my questions/concerns. I'd highly recommend working with Abraham if you want to find the right place for yourself.

There were some conditions which Abraham and his broker, Dan Harari, promised would be fixed before I moved into the apartment. One of the major conditions was ensuring that the apartment unit above my unit lays a carpet to reduce floor noise as there is a kid who lives there running around. I am hoping this promise is kept and I won't have to edit this review as Abraham had been a man of his word throughout the signing of the lease.

Edit: Abraham worked hard to ensure noise reducing carpets are put in. However, the family with kids above my unit is moving out at the end of Feb so carpets weren't actually put in. Abraham mentioned he wouldn't rent it to anyone with kids but would have to see..

So my experience with this business has been terrible. We ended up almost closing towards an apartment at 2150$ a month. We were told we need to submit a refundable deposit of 500$ before getting accepted for background checks and to hold the apartment so no one else can tour it. AFTER we made the deposit and they looked at our info the monthly rent changed to 2200$ a month, increasing it after a deal and deposit was already made. We decided not to go with the apartment and wanted our money back of 500$. I was told in 24-48 hours I’d get it. It’s been 5 days and no one is responding to my messages. I’ll be showing up with police officers soon. I’ll be reporting this to Zillow as well. The only good thing I can say is that the individual named PJ that was helpful as much as he can. UPDATE The guy named Dan is racist and because I demanding my money back after waiting longer than what was told, he continued on to say he’s gonna teach me a lesson. Including asking his coworker if I’m Hispanic and making racist comments. If you’re a minority don’t come here.

I had a really good experience while working with Talia and Sam B. from Contact Realty. I have been looking for a one bedroom apartment in Brooklyn, NY for a couple of months and was unsuccessful. Either the apartments were in a bad neighborhood, too expensive, too small or they were in bad condition. Let’s not mention the astronomical broker’s fees (example $5000 for a 1 bedroom apartment or 10-15% of the annual rent). Anyway, I reached out to Talia on the app streetEasy and after about 2 weeks, I received an email back and set up a time to see an apartment. Talia was very pleasant and responsive and showed me an apartment that I really liked. The apartment was well kept and clean and had a decent amount of space. The broker’s fee was also reasonable (one month’s rent) which I was happy about. I sent in my paperwork and waited to be approved. After about two days, Talia reached back out to me because the original one bedroom apartment I wanted had lead in it and was inhabitable. She showed me another EVEN BETTER apartment which was A LOT CHEAPER and LARGER. By the grace of God, I was approved for the second apartment and moved in the next week. Sam (the real estate agent) was very helpful in answering all questions and letting me know which paperwork would be needed for the application. My lease signing was also a pleasant experience and I appreciate Sam for explaining everything in detail. All in all, I feel like this company was very professional and I felt comfortable with paying my hard earned money. I am very happy with my apartment and it was a great end to a arduous search. Thank you Talia and Sam for all of your help. It doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated. I recommend this company to those looking for an apartment in NYC.

Scammers all of them they ask you for 500$ before you even get accepted and then they ignore you and don’t answer your calls or texts. If people are giving you money as customers they deserve good customer service and theres is terrible. I wouldn’t try to get an apartment with them. There are more than enough places where u don’t have to give 500$ just to give in an application. Please do not go here you will lose money.
