If you want a bank that is workable and great with communication.... I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST ESLEWHERE. this bank repeatedly breaches their own agreements in loans then gives attitude customer service yeah they don't have it. If I could give 0 stars I would but I wouldn't trust this hot mess with your loans or your accounts your better off going to a TRUSTED BANK!!! do not waste your energy life and time with accounts with this credit union there are much better ones with better customer integrity than this one. Their system messes up and it's your responsibility not theirs!!! Filed a complaint with the NCUA have fun consumers your a risk we aren't willing to take anymore!!!

I would put 0 stars if Possible. DO NOT GET A LOAN OR ANY ACCOUNT FROM THEM. they lose your information like your SSN and your VIN # to your vehicle to name a few. RAN by elitest Snobes to Work off the back of us "common folk" and gaslight us into thinking we messed up instead of them
