Attempted to contact this company via email and phone for over 8 weeks with no remedy to accessing my personal funds in my HSA account. Phone calls were not answered, emails were delayed and did not result in any solution, and my funds were unaccessible for nearly 3 months due to an error on their end. They supposedly issued a new card which never arrived after 14 days. Once again it required several calls to have a second sent.They should not receive a renewed contract of this magnitude with such extremely poor management. Six months later I receive a letter notifying of a breach during that time period. This is simply unacceptable. I will be pursuing this further.

The customer service as CAS is awesome! I’ve been working with a few agents… Jennifer, Alexandra, and Terry and all of them have been very helpful and friendly. I made some errors with a claim and these people have helped me get it resolved quickly and efficiently. Jennifer emailed me a direct claim form so I didn’t have to find it myself and Alexandra helped me figure out some mileage issues without me even asking. It’s hard to beat the level of customer service I received this week from CAS. Thank you so much!

CAS is staffed by real people who are friendly and helpful. They are always quick to reply to emails, and everything I have done with them over the years has been very easy. When you are a caregiver with an ill family member, simplicity is something you are grateful for.

CAS is very responsive to any questions/issues you may have. I must say their response time is excellent! Their portal is easy to use. Any requests for reimbursement to your account occur w/in the timeframe stated. Very happy to use them!!!!!

If i could give them 0 stars...I WOULD!!!
Not an efficient company. I called and emailed them for four months about my COBRA coverage that I was paying premiums on, but I didn't seem to have any active coverage. The people I spoke with didn't seem to know what they were doing or talking about. They assumed no responsibility or accountability for the issue and tried to blame it on open enrollment and that being a busy time of the year for them. I had to continue to tell them that was not my problem. The company knows they have open enrollment every year at the same time and should have put some practices in place to address that issue. I refused to make my any further payments until my coverage was active, and I had insurance cards in my hand or reimburse me all of my money. The customer service representative and a manager continuesly tried to overtalk me, and I had to literally tell them, "I showed them courtesy and respect by listening when they were talking, and I expect them same.

The ONLY reason why I am dealing with them is because I have to at thus point, but trust their days are numbered.

My recommendation is...if you have a choice...pick a different company.
