Not any better than TurboTax. They didn't provide any strategies or ask us any questions to help us get a refund. They collected the necessary information and then filed it. Overpriced for their services.

Don't waste your money or time with this company. We are a small business and had the worst experience with them. We were better off going to H&R block. They took 3 months to do our taxes, they provided no communication, and we got a penalized almost $2k by the IRS. When we tried to resolve the tax penalty issue, Connor & Co. provided no solution or assistance when in fact, the penalty was a result of their negligence. We will not be using them again.

After the consultation I emailed Amanda Connor back and forth many many times to get my LLC turned into an S-corp. Never responded, I always had to email her again

Finally had to get another CPA. She confirmed with me twice that she made changes to be an LLC with S-corp election. Turns out all that was a lie. Had to get my new CPA to do what she told me she had done through Amendments.

Response from owner is they didnt get a retainer, but i have emails where she told me the changes had already been made. This was a lie bc she didnt make any changes, and shes contradicting herself now saying she needed money first. She never requested a certain amount or walked me through the payment process since i never went on site.
