Please don’t rent from connect if you can avoid it.
When we moved in, our garage was full of the previous renters stuff. It didn’t get cleaned out til more than a month later. Our basement was absolutely filthy. Dirty socks, cobwebs, broken stairs and who knows what. We took pictures, yet when we moved out the price for the dirty basement was taken out of our security deposit. One weekend we found out we had a rat in the house. My roommate was spooked and called the emergency line. To be fair, in the lease rats were not specified as a an emergency, but on Monday morning our landlord was super upset at her for bothering the emergency line and handled the whole situation pretty poorly. All in all, it was affordable, but we definitely got what we paid for. Wouldn’t recommend.

When I applied for a job there a woman told told me I will start on the 19th. Then two other people told me something different. Then they said I would have to wait three weeks for a drug test and background check. Don't go there.

The house I rented was in the best condition I've ever seen in a rental property. When my dryer broke they came right out and fixed it too. Maintenance guys were great. Manager was super professional and helpful. Still the best company, house, and maintenance guys I've ever rented from in my 15 years of renting.

Our son lived at the property on W Long street and did not have heat for the entire winter. His lease was from May 2021 to May 2022. He barely had ac in the summer. According to code enforcement you are not supposed to go longer than 30 days without heat. They kept saying that they were going to fix it and never did until March or April when code enforcement contacted them. They want you to keep paying rent and freeze but they didn’t want to fix the heat. 🤔 When I contacted the office they referred me to Connect Realty. When I contacted connect realty they referred me back to the office.I just wanted someone to take responsibility and fix the heat!!!!!

Maintenance used to come a lot faster. Now it takes weeks for them to come out. Last year, due to company policy, heat outside has to be a certain temperature before it is considered an ER for after hours maintenance to be allowed to come out and fix. How about how hot it is inside with no screen to the sliding glass door. I had to stay with a friend until they fixed my a/c.

Office staff seems to be patient with my requests and handles them as quickly as they can get maintenance to come out. I have no problem with the office staff.

One advantage is the rent rate is reasonable except that now you are charged $33 to pay online. That is a rip off.

The worse company ever to rent from. Office staff is a joke. Never fixed anything. Did I mention my electric box was removed outside by AEP due to faulty wiring. Property management knew and had a warning tag. They still rented the place to me. Crackling and popping in walls, was so scary. Had to leave for a few days and they never reimbursed or apologized. They care about nothing or no one. Just awful!!!

I have been living here at 260 South 4th Street for two years (two leases) and I am so happy with all my experiences which includes the Property Management Staff which is second to none especially the onsite Property Manager Amanda and the overall Property Manger Aaron. It is a perfect location Downtown, it offers parking, laundry on every floor. Computerized entry doors into the Apartment Building. Extremely clean and affordable. For Business individuals and small families, it is a perfect combination. There are so many restaurants and other activities to enjoy all year round. I love calling this place Home. I feel very safe in this building and this neighborhood.

Again, I want to think management and the cleaning crew for an excellent job all year round.

Great property management group. Lived at one of their properties for several years now. Any issue that I’ve ever had (not many) I reached out to my property manager Ciera H. And things were addressed and resolved right away. Very down to earth and professional group. Thanks Ciera!!! 🙂
