I spent a week looking online trying to compare prices for auto coverage that will include Rideshare. I prefer speaking to a human being and if needed, have an office to go to, to talk face to face.
Justin Neeley at Allstate in Lodi,CA is the man. He listened patiently...was accommodating to my last minute cancellation and my 20-30 minute tardiness. He was pleasant..polite..and very professional.
