This has been the absolute worst. Said she would meet or call me several times still nothing. I told her at this point I just want my tax records. DO NOT USE HER THEY ARE HORRIBLE LIARS. I WANT TO TAKE PAPERS OUT ON HER. SITTING HERE STILL WAITING ON HER BUT AS USUAL SHE IS A NO CALL NO SHOW

We have singed document to file. Brenda has said she was going to file for months now and has yet to do so. Cant get her to answer phone, shes never in the office for us to come pick our tax documents up to take else where. Leaving this review in hopes that she sees this. This is getting ridiculous. Its been close to 6 months

I can't speak for others and their experiences. But they were friendly and welcoming to me, my wife, and my child. Everything was done quickly and professionally and make the process very simple. I will be coming back here for years to come.

My tax return came back fast and appointments were not a issue with me.

Very unprofessional. Kept rescheduling my appointments until deadline and beyond. Gave me many excuses then had to file for extension. Took my papers from her and had them done elsewbere after the 18th deadline promising she would take care of it. She lied to me and now I have to pay the IRS a large penalty fee. Do not go here.

DONT GO HERE . THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DOCUMENTS PREVENTING SOMEONE ELSE FROM PROPERLY DOING YOUR TAXES . AVOID AT ALL COST .

I agree with the other 1 star review on here. Not professional at all. Made mistakes on my tax forms, and instead of offering a refund or a sincere apology, it was more about how I was just trying to prove them wrong, that and computers make mistakes. The only reason I found out it was incorrect was because the IRS sent me the forms back saying they were incorrect. I went ahead and corrected one of my forms and sent it in myself. After the IRS had accepted my corrections, I took the forms back to cts to show them, once again was more defensive and said it was the computers fault. There are better options out there to get your taxes done and done correctly. If you pay for a service you should get it done correctly or get your money back. Period. It's called customer service.

actually NO STAR horrible service. Lie after lie. appointments made and no one there. math errors that caused me $7000 between federal and state. They should be shut down. Took Months to get my records and still don't have all of them.

Miss Brenda made a math error on our return and for one year she maintained it was them or computers. Finally contacted Senator Tillis office and they found an error and refiled forus. Still no refund
