Due to a miscommunication and misunderstanding of closing & funding, Frank DeNovi of this office could not have a respectful, adult like conversation with me; instead, he yelled and swore at me on my own property, improperly locked me out of a home I owned, and locked my pregnant wife’s medication inside. He refused to retrieve it even after being made aware. Before locking me out he also turned the thermostat heat off in single digit temperatures. Frank DeNovi had turned the heat off right after the basement had flooded 3 hours before closing, due to improper due diligence on his part and his staff. There I was locked out of a home I just paid for, pregnant wife’s medications locked inside, a basement that was flooded, with the heat turned off. Once I finally gained access two days later, the house was at 47 degrees.

He has also falsely accused my realtor of providing me access, which was totally fabricated and made up to suit his interests and bringing down a competing realtor. After reaching out to the managing broker of this office and of Frank DeNovi, Rob Kohler, to discuss the situation and come to resolution, I was told to essentially do what I have to do and would not entertain a conversation.

I strongly advise homeowners or anyone looking for an agent to NOT use this office and for realtors to be on the lookout for houses with Frank DeNovi’s name, you’ll be better off avoiding the hostility and not providing commission to an office that condones this behavior.
