Totally deceptive dealing , lies and slacking all throughout , biased brokers , unproffesional in resolving cancellation of contract.They make promise of reaching the value , while trying to low ball you and waiting for you to sell your property for $20k below bank valuation price, in my experience , rude , dismissive, liars. That's just the agent and broker. Meanwhile , the corporate office COMPASS real estate , answers no calls and hides behind their secretary , without coming to any resolution. Total lack of respect or confidence and loss of trust.
