Community Real Estate are absolutely the best. Mandy and Matt exceeded every expectation we have in a real estate group. They helped us not only find the perfect house in 2018, but also provided essential guidance which allowed us to avoid homes that showed well but didn’t match our lifestyle in the long run.

They are the gold standard for service. When we moved in 2021, I was in the middle of a large transition at work and my wife’s health prevented her from taking on many of the tasks needed to get the house on the market. Again, Mandy, Matt and their incredible network of tradesmen blew us away. I can’t over estimate how much work Mandy oversaw over several months to have the house painted, deck repaired, lawn prepared, and a myriad of other minor repairs and decoration.

On top of it all, the thing we’ll miss the most is their friendship and easy way of handling everything. Mandy knows how to make sure important things get attention without adding stress or anxiety to the picture. And despite the challenges of moving…the process of buying, maintaining and selling our house with Mandy and team has been a total pleasure.

We’ve loved Scotts Valley, but it takes a lot of experience with the area homes, communities and habitats to find the perfect fit. We’ve bought and sold with others, and they’re the best and only reference we make in the area.

To say Mandy Draper and her team went above and beyond to sell our house is an understatement. Not only was the marketing of our home both top notch and affordable we got advice on everything associated with preparing the home and our move. In the end we took an approach of "let's just do whatever Mandy tells us" as her advice and strategy were always spot on. The Draper Team truly are the definition of what it means to be full service. We made a contingent offer on our forever home. Both Mandy and Matt made a what would be stressful process look seamless. They helped us from start to finish including getting their hands dirty beautifying our backyard to make it presentable for show. Mandy was wonderful from start to finish! She called us back promptly when we first reached out to her office, and spent quite a while listening to us, getting a sense of who we were and what we were looking for. On our first visit to the area, she showed us several different neighborhoods and different houses to help us better nail down our parameters. Her intimate knowledge and love of the area showed clearly during the tour - she’s lived in Scotts Valley all her life. Soon afterwards, she identified the perfect house for us! She got us through the offer process quickly and professionally, and once our offer was accepted, she was happy to schedule most of the inspections for the same day so that we could be present for them.
