If you’re thinking of using this insurance company don’t went for a regular teeth cleaning and was told it was covered getting my teeth cleaned ended up costing me an arm and a leg customer service (if you could call it that) is a joke. Haven’t heard anything in weeks about why this is happening or what they’re going to do to fix it. I am beyond outraged and will never under any circumstance use this company again for anything. I went with colonial because I thought it was a good and honest company who cared for their clientele. But now I see they couldn’t care less about me or anyone other than themselves.
