I used an agent from this office to lease an office space in Charlotte. She was on the ball getting the lease done. We had asked for a few minor concessions in the lease that were approved by the landlord. After the lease was signed it came to my attention that one of the more major items was not being done. I tried contacting the agent and she said she would look into it. I never heard from her after 6 weeks of leaving messages. I have been ghosted! I have tried to contact 10 other people in the office and left messages, but no response from anyone at all. I can't even to get someone to answer the phone after multiple attemps. When they want to make a sale, they answer the phone and e-mail you back. After the deal is done, GHOSTED!!!!! I will never use them again. Maybe this review will get someone to call me back.
