How do you choose a realtor when you are moving from Omaha, NE to Rogers, AR.? Your options are limited. Read reviews and hope for the best. We were fortunate to choose Jerry Beaudion. Chase White is the BEST OF THE BEST! He made the process of buying easy for us. From first contact to signing closing papers, Chase made our process run smoothly. He handled everything and was available for contact at any time of the day. We were very fortunate to be able to work with him and we cannot recommend him enough. He is very professional, on time, and answered any questions we had. He put our mind at ease when it came to buying and went beyond what we expected. Even living three hours away, he was with us every step of the way. There need to be more people like Chase in all types of industries. Horrible experience with Brooke Hurst and Collier relator. Contacted the sellers agent bc Brooke Hurst bailed on transportation the WEEKEND before closing. Amber the branch manager appeared to be having a nervous breakdown and was incredibly rude to me. After having Arkansas real estate commission interview they state I have a case. Amber never gave me the keys to my home and hung up on me , stating I was her worst customer every bc I informed her boss and sellers agent tried to touch base unsuccessfully with Collier relator.

Chase White was so helpful and very pleasant to work with. He helped us land our duplex so quickly and without much trouble.

We were preapproved by an online bank which turned out to be a disaster after the seller agreed to our price, and he helped us finding a local lender who exceeded our expectations.

I coudlnt reccomend somebody else to make everything so easy and fool proof to purchase a house, it was our first time buying a house as well.

We had to buy a house across country, without stepping food and he helped with this process as well doing skype videos. Also takes calls or call back quickly, and text which is nice since we have small children it can be difficult being on the phone sometimes.
