When buying or selling a home is already difficult, my family and I made the decision to add more stress and relocate states. Gina & Lena were the agents I was lucky to work with on the sale of my home. From the moment I met the dynamic duo, I knew they were the agents for me. Both are easy to talk to and they are great with communication. These ladies were quick to respond and even quicker to get the information I needed or wanted. They had a well laid out strategy on how they were going to help me sale my home and achieve my goal timeline. Not only did they meet that goal, but they continued to make themselves available for me throughout my entire selling and buying experience. They truly care about you and the goal you have. I can't say enough good things about Michelle and Alex. They are an amazing TEAM and work so well together! They helped us sell 2 investment properties and purchase 2 other investment properties through a 1031 exchange company. I can only imagine all the things they handled and had to deal with behind the scenes. I can only imagine because they just handled it. The sale of our properties was a bit complex because we had tenants living in both the duplex and the house. They had to coordinate repairs, pictures, showings, appraisals, inspections, etc. with 3 separate tenants. Alex was always available to show us houses whenever it was convenient for us. The communication was spot on! We were always kept in the loop whenever it pertained to things we needed to know and they were always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Michelle Jenkins started a dialog with me in 2020 starting to plan an intensive move from California to the Nashville TN area after the upcoming sale of my home in Southern California.
She kindly and tirelessly kept sending me home prospects and educating about the various pros and cons of local areas that would suit my lifestyle and my relocation. We viewed literally over one hundred or more on line, hoping to get my dream home.
I wanted to find a scaled down home from where I lived, yet still be able to keep my self employed capability using my residence as a homebase.
When I finally sold my west coast home, she helped arrange a timely visit to come and procure a home to buy in Tennesse that suited my new ideas and goals I was looking for.
I flew out in June of 2021 after that tiresome pandemic had finally let up enough to travel here, and the homes she helped set up to view to buy were all in my desired scope and price point.
The next morning after my arrival the night before, her assistant Alex came to pick me up to view 10 homes that hit my criteria. As we met and jumped in his vehicle, he was sorry to inform me that two homes on the list were already sold before his arrival!
Long story short, the second home I saw that morning won my heart.... and after driving all over the desired prospective areas, I called Michelle early mid afternoon and due to the earlier sales I heard happened that morning, I was sure that second house was ''the one'.
I asked her to make an offer and we discussed my criteria and financial concerns.
She immediately contacted the seller's real estate agent.
In minutes my offer was acknowledged, then I went back to where I was lodging and hoped for the best..

Later that night around 10PM, I got a text from Michelle saying, 'YOU GOT IT'!
I was tired and this didn't process immediately thinking of other documents and such that was clouding my mind.
Then I had that big, "AH - HA" moment........she meant I got the deal I offered on the house!
We talked briefly and I was ecstatic!
If it wasn't for Michelle and her people, I'd probably still be looking for the right home..
End of story. I'm here in Goodlettsville, and I love my house and I can't thank Michelle enough!

Had a great experience with melony I would recommend her to anyone
