Warning: DO NOT USE AMY SMITH
My opinion on her and this company.
This is fair warning to all who want to use this company and this realtor. All I’m going to say is she didn’t sell our house. She had it on the market for 5 months. I canceled my contract with her and guess what, she held my house keys and contract basically hostage until I paid her $1200 for what she called reimbursement. We never signed any paperwork legally telling us we had to reimburse her for anything. Word to the wise stay away from this realtor. Unprofessional, Unacceptable, and Highly Questionable.

Our broker Ron Courtney was spectacular. He was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and amazing in our transaction. He got our house sold fast, and helped us find our forever home that we just love! Every step through this process he kept us protected, I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. He went above and beyond any and all expectations. I truly reccomend him, and his company stands behind him and are very reputable. Coldwell Banker was a terrific experience, they all made sure our transactions went smoothly, and in a timely manner.from start to finish we are blessed to have found Ron Courtney and Coldwell banker.

The asking price to sell my Oro Valley home was 6% to selling broker and 3 % to buying broker. plus a 175$ fee? for what. Avoid at all costs , rip off!!

Trust issues. In the end it seemed like she was working for the buyer rather than me. I would eat ground glass before I would use her again.
