I reached out for some information on home rentals and Lisa G. was VERY responsive and helpful a delight to work with. But Bill on the other hand was not responsive, very short and it was apparent that - you appear to be just another person seeking a rental. Out of all the Real Estate individuals that I have worked with over the last 13 years there are very few friendly faces / personalities at Coldwell Banker and I would highly recommend some staff motivation and community involvement to brighten their days.

Don't rent from them. They will steal your deposit money even after you finish their final list, give you terrible service and not return calls. I had the worst property manager, Diane Brandon. I was given a list to complete to get my deposit back and after finishing it I was still charged $100 for ashes from a fire in the back yard. They took 7 days to fix a toilet that would not work correctly. Would not return calls. The Office manager, Paula Singleton, was awful and acted like everything that happened was ok with her.

This was after I tried to get Ms. Brandon to fill out a credit reference saying that I had never missed a payment for over 3 1/2 years (she never did fill it out).

Regret going through them. Continuously rude and unprofessional. I called them to notify them of a car parked in my spot, which is labeled by apartment number. I was told that was not my spot, when i have been parking there for over 6 months and it literally says my apartment number on the floor of the space. Continuously get cut off mid sentence everytime i call. It's almost like a 'i dont need your business' attitude.

Every agent has the ability to advertise listings in our full color view magazines that are distributed ALL over Arizona. The majority of Lake Havasu City Homes are purchased by Buyers out of the area.

Sadly the rent has increased. Our new place is old and paid a huge move in deposit. Our last place was nice and the deposit was alot less. I can't wait until our lease here is up. First time I have felt this way with them in 13 years. Very unhappy! ? here.

Do not list your house for sale with Coldwell Banker. The agent Sue Bigall and broker Jim Durham will not release my home from the selling contract after 4 months; 2 more months of my home with them is unsatisfactory. This company is only out for themselves, not the seller. This is not good customer service, and I will never recommend them.
