This place is run by leadership that fails to hold their realtors accountable for their actions. One of their realtors, Brian Kays, constantly kept lying that he wasn't getting my emails or phone calls or texts. When my bank got hold of Elizabeth, who supposedly manages Brian to whatever extent, she brought Brian to the table to have a conversation but started to parrot the exact falsehoods that Brian was mentioning. In the year 2024, if someone says they're not getting of the communications, they're either lying or don't know how digital communications work. I'd say the former, but both are troublesome qualities to have in the business of real estate. Instead of apologizing and moving forward, they decided to cover-up for each other.

This shows what would happen if you, as a client, faced any issues with the realtors that works here -- you have no guarantee that they'd take accountability if something bad happens.

Mark has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. As an interested tenant he treated me like I was wasting his time and was annoyed with me asking when he would have things ready to move in. Completely impersonal and down right rude. If he would have been my landlord I would have no confidence in things getting done.

So this is my very first apartment and my landlord is Katie Synder. I have nothing but good things to say about her because she is so fantastic! As a first time renter, I was terrified because I have heard horror stories about “slum lords” or apartments not getting fix when it’s suppose too. But Katie is nothing like that, she’s super on top of everything and always gets things done in a timely manner. I’m so lucky my fiancé and I got her, she truly is the best in Omaha.
